I am going to the same group of Sports Therapist as I had before my procedure. I am talking with them about a new program and starting off probably once a week instead of the three times a week I did before.

Rebuilding Begins

Okay, I’ve waited and relaxed. Time starts tomorrow. I tried peddling the bike and could barely do it! The Total Gym, is the Total Gym, but I have to build my cardio. I haven’t gone this long since I was diagnosed!
